I don’t feel like we need another label. Especially one that’s guaranteed to leave some people offside. I mean ‘punk’? I may be a rebel, a disruptor, someone who challenges and questions, works outside the square a lot even, but I’m no punk. But I think I subscribe to the values that some are trying to ascribe to the tag edupunk. What about edupink? That might be a lot more appropriate. I think we should drop it. What are we trying to do? Become a club? Secret society? Make ourselves sound mysterious?

The term and it’s meaning seems obvious enough but I’m challenging myself on what the term might mean more broadly and inviting others to have their say.
